Let's start 2021 by bringing clarity to our intentions through specifically designed and directed journaling!
The 60-75 minute classes will include a gentle warm up to drop into our physical bodies followed by a short meditation to inform the writing. Then we'll explore journaling practices to support healing and growth on our unique and collective paths.
Alone-together we will each create individual and meaningful writing prompts to use throughout the year in an intuitive way. You can follow some suggested writing practices as well as create your own.
*If you can not make a session, you'll still receive a recording of the meditation and any relevant information to stay connected.
