REST DEEPLY with a HOLIDAY respite and over the WINTER through gentle, restorative yoga and a touch of Reiki designed to support relaxation and immune function.
RAINBOW LIGHT classes draw from yin and yang yoga as well as subtle therapeutic practices to promote balance, healing and integration of the 7 major chakras (energy centers) reconnecting us to the Body's deep, innate intelligence.
SPRING VITALITY STRENGTH & BONE BUILDING YOGA will awaken body and mind just like Nature! Class includes more weight bearing and strengthening yoga poses.
