The Mountain Fare Inn is a lovely, classic and historic property providing a warm and cozy setting for a retreat experience.

 

WHY GO ON RETREAT?​

“Retreat” differs from “vacation”. It is a time for quiet reflection, contemplation and inner inquiry. Retreat time removes us from our usual busyness and provides an opportunity to relax - becoming less identified with our conditioned tendencies and more connected to our Natural state.

 

CONTENT OF PROGRAM

We will blend yin yoga with other movement practices, meditation and social silence. Yin yoga is a deep and passive practice while the yang style has a slow and therapeutic approach. Shake Your Soul® is a playful dance-based program. Mindfulness activities and meditation will enhance the movement practices, while the silence provides a powerful and transformative container. ​​

 

ABOUT THE INN​

All rooms have private baths and are decorated in a unique and tasteful fashion. Each room has different bedding options and amenities. A sauna is also on-site.

 

​IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RATES

The rates for this retreat are per person and are all-inclusive of lodging, meals, taxes and programs. 50% deposit is due at time of registration and balance is due one month prior to retreat. $320pp (triple), $360pp (double) and $410pp (single)

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Because of the intimate nature of this retreat, all retreat payments are non-refundable unless your space is filled by someone else, then you would only lose an administrative fee of $25.
