Dharma Flow Yoga

A gentle to moderate active class incorporating traditional and therapeutic poses within a contemplative framework.
EQUIPMENT: mat, strap, blanket and blocks (or chair)

1. Make sure to use the updated Zoom version.
2. For drop-in classes, once you click on the Zoom meeting link you will be placed in a "waiting room" until the meeting host (teacher) admits you.
Make sure to arrive on time or you may miss class.
