Deepen your practice with a profound teaching.
Through yoga, mindfulness and contemplation, we will explore the Four Mind Turnings (Thoughts that Turn the Mind toward Freedom):
1. Life is precious
2. Everything is impermanent
3. Karma (Actions)
4. Suffering ensues when we do not recognize our boundless Nature
The 8 yoga classes take place via Zoom on Monday evenings, 6:00-7:30 Eastern Time.
Classes start Oct 5 and run through November 30 (no class Mon, Nov 23).
If you miss a class, you will have access to an unedited video recording.
>First 2 weeks - learn the yoga sequence and review the 4 Mind Turnings
>Next 4 weeks - spend one week to practice with each of the 4 Thoughts
>Last 2 weeks - integrate all 4 Thoughts into practice
