SPRING EQUINOX CELEBRATION
“SPRING CLEANING FOR THE CHAKRAS”
Monday, March 19th,
6:30-8:30pm Cost: $30.00 *At
5:30 please join us for a free 40 min Shake Your Soul® class to get your energy flowing!
The Spring Equinox
is the start of Spring. It is a time to celebrate rebirth, renewal and joy! Because
this is a time of balance between dark and light, it is also a time to examine all kinds of balance in our beings. Joseph Carringer will be joining
us to play his Australian Aboriginal didgeridoo while Janine leads you into gentle yin and restorative yoga poses. We will practice a pose for each of the 7 chakras while Joseph
plays one of his 7 didgeridoos, specific to each chakra.
The didgeridoo is an ancient musical instrument
and powerful tool that can help lift an individual's vibration back to a less chaotic and natural rhythm. It does this by
producing a broad range of harmonics in an ancient and universal tone. You are also welcome to attend and simply rest during
the class and still receive the healing effects of the didgeridoo. You can get more information about Joseph
and his practice at www.didgetherapy.com. Light refreshments will be included.

Come celebrate the summer solstice, the time of year when the light reaches
its peak and the earth is full of life! All around us Nature is completely alive - the plants are bearing
fruit, the grass is high and green, the waters warm, the sky full of songbirds. We, too, will honor the
bounty of our personal value and worth. At this time of abundance we will enhance our connection to Nature and each other
as we Shake Our Souls® and engage in specific yoga and meditations to celebrate the start of Summer. Join us, have fun and lighten up!
Weather
permitting, some of the festivities will take place outside on the beach with a campfire, so please dress in layers and consider
bringing a towel! Light refreshments will be
